If you were not satisfied with your first vaginal birth whether it was due to perineal tearing, length of labor, etc., then this workshop will be helpful for you. You may still find this helpful as a “refresher” for any subsequent vaginal births due to the length of time that passes between deliveries! If this is your second birth, but first vaginal birth, I highly recommend joining the workshop!
